Hi all. I'm a cash player that will be taking a shot at the WSOPc when it comes to town. I've played a bunch of FR MTTs with good results, but I've never played a 6-max format. I'm curious what adjustments I should make to my pf ranges. I know I will have to open up a bit in all positions, but would like some input as to how much. This is what I've come up with so far:
UTG: 55+, A7s+, K9s+, QTs+, J9s+, T9s, 98s, A9o+, KQo
HJ: 33+, A4s+, K7s+, Q9s+, J9s+, T8s+, 98s, 87s, A7o+, KJo+, QJo
CO: 22+, A2s+, K5s+, Q9s+, J8s+, T8s+, 97s+, 87s, 76s, A5o+, K9o+, QTo+
BTN: 22+, A2s+, K2s+, Q5s+, J7s+, T8s+, 97s+, 86s+, 75s+, 65s, A3o+, K9o+, Q9o+, J9o+, T8o+, 98o
SB: 22+, A2s+, K2s+, Q2s+, J4s+, T5s+, 96s+, 85s+, 75s+, 65s, A2o+, K2o+, Q5o+, J6o+, T7o+, 97o+, 86o+, 75o+
(I know this is all player/table dependent, just looking for some general guidelines.)
I'm an aggressive TAG (borderline nit in EP) in FR MTTs and cash games, so BTN and SB seem very wide to me after looking at it again. Is this crazy loose?
Also, I know a lot of the better, more aggressive players play the 6-max events, so how wide should I be defending my blinds vs good players?
Thanks in advance for your input.
