This thread is for all things check-in, verification and registration at this years unique WSOP at the RIO. The goal is that we 2+2'ers find the most streamlined process for getting to our seats for our tournaments.

As noted on the site, you can pre-register and buy-in for your event on the bravo app or bravo online at https://www.bravopokerlive.com/venues/wsop/

You can use a Credit Card for events under $10k.

I just signed up for the Reunion tournament through Bravo and got the following information in my confirmation:

*** "You must complete the registration process at the WSOP FasTrac area at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in order for you to receive your table and seat assignment. Please visit the WSOP FasTrac, located in the WSOP Tournament Area; at least one hour prior to the start date of your event to complete registration for the event(s). Please be prepared to provide proof of identity (via a Driver’s License, Passport or Military I.D) and to sign a Player Release Form. For all non U.S. residents, a current passport, consular identification or alien registration card is required.

If credit card was the chosen method of online payment, the physical card used to make the purchase must be presented at the time of ID verification. As a reminder, the name on the registration must match the name on the credit card and proof of identity or the tournament registration will be cancelled by Casino staff." ***

My loyalty card number is programmed directly into my Bravo App, but as noted on the site: All players are required to have a Caesars Rewards loyalty card to enter WSOP events.

Though I may have it wrong, it looks like the Belize room is where you go for online confirmation and verification.

Noted in their confirmation email: "Prior to going to verification, participants with CDC issued vaccination cards will want to download the Clear app and create a HealthPass for WSOP to expedite vaccine verification -- https://clear.app.link/WSOP"

They also note: Once a participant has completed the verification process for a specific method of payment or credit card, participant can bypass the above process for future online registrations and can proceed to any WSOP
FasTrac kiosk to print your seat cards and receipts.

TLDR:

* Get vaccinated and get the Clear App to upload your VAX card
* Make sure you have your Total Rewards Card
* Download Bravo (if you don't have it), register for it, and buy-in to the tournament of your choice.
* Go to the RIO Rotunda, head to Belize, and verify your payment method and vaccination status.

From there, you should be able to just register and use kiosks for future tournaments.

If this isn't right, feel free to let me know and we can update this. I'm interested about wait times and the whole "get there 1 hour before" thing, as registration has been a **** show in the past.

This might need to go under Tournament Events but we need this to record different registration experiences in one place. Thanks for starting this!

If you plan on playing multiple events, the best thing for you to do:

- Sign up for a bravo account
- get your clear pass app and make sure it highlights your face green and says WSOP on it (you can find directions)
- when you are standing in the middle of the rotunda in RIO convention area, go up the uphill hallway and get in line on the right. If there’s no line, right on. You will need an ID, a total rewards card, your green highlighted clear card and a credit card that you plan on using to buy into events. In this line they’ll verify your vaccination status and verify your credit card.
- when you are done, you go to bravo online and register/pay for any tournament you want to play.
- after you pay and register online, you can go to a fasttrac kiosk, swipe your total rewards card and print your seat assignment.

If you are going to play multiple events, this is going to save you hours.

Wired $$ to WSOP cage successfully today.
Have a Bravo Live account, with my Caesars TR # linked to it.
All good with the Clear app (green).
Will my $$ that I wired to the WSOP cage just automatically show up as Tournament buy in credits on the Bravo app, or do I have to call the Rio to tell them?
Once at the RIO, I still have to go to the Belize room once to confirm identity, right?

Just registered online for the Seniors Tourney 10/27. Thanks PGCounty for posting this - it helped me get there quickly.

Just a note: when I entered my vaccine info in the clear App it has an expiration date of 11/14/21. My 2nd vaccine shot was on 4/12/21. So I don't know what that is about...

To bortzork: I would show up an hour or more before the first tourney. I don't know about wired money but I would guess that they want to verify your ID and your account.

So nobody answered my question, but, I have the answer now.

After wiring $$ to WSOP cage, go to Belize room (empty at 8pm), verify vaccination status with Clear app or otherwise. They will give you printed tickets to show.

Make sure your Bravolive account is linked to your Total Rewards #.

Go to main WSOP registration cage, ask them to transfer the $$ to TBIC. They will ask for the vaccination verification tickets.

Use the BravoLive app to log into your account (mine repeatedly does not recognize me and asks me to change my password). Once logged in, navigate to the tournament you want, click register, select “use TBIC”, they will send an email confirmation.

Go to one of the kiosks, lots in Belize room, two by bathrooms in rotunda, and two down by Amazon room. Swipe your TR card, select the tournament you registered for, and then it prints your tickets.
$3 charge for the service, that’s it.
