WPT $1100 TPGK facing a large river bet

WPT $1100, we have run our stack up from 30K to 45K. Table draw is relatively soft.

Villain is a player who plays mid stakes (he has been talking about playing Omaha with a few of the other live grinders at the table). He is Arab and looks like he is an "action player". He has been caught raising light in MP with junky hands A3o, etc.

Hero has made some large preflop raises at this point. We had a few situations were it's 6 limpers to me and at 200/300 level and put in a raise to 3,000 and all players fold.

OTH, we are 300/500 w/ 500 ante

Preflop: Hero has KQ
Villain opens UTG to 1,300, hero calls in the CO, button calls, and both blinds call.

Flop: KJ3
Check, check, villain bets 3,300, hero calls, 3 folds

Turn: 9
Villain checks, hero checks (My thinking it to play pot control here).

River: J
Villain bets 13,000, hero?

Comments on all streets welcome. I don't really see any other way to play this. If I bet the turn, almost everything worse is going to fold and everything better will call. After I check the turn, my hands looks like what it is. A weak King. Althought I suppose because I'm an unknown player, I could have AJ.

Pretty capped and at the top of our range. We don't check back the straight or any two pair/set that just boated up. Hard to make a call here. Maybe we take the initiative ott with a smaller bet looking to check back river and get a cheaper showdown?

Don't like the flat pre. Definitely a 3bet or fold spot, against described villain I like a 3bet since he'll likely call worse.

Bet 8k OTT and check back the river.

But AP call blocking the straight and blocking boats. His sizing makes no sense but he arrives at the river with hands like A9s, Q9s, T9s, AQ, AT and we should have no straights or boats so I think villain can an be overbluffing, trying to fold us off perhaps TT, Q9, T9, an underpair or A-high.

yea I like a turn bet here planning to xb river. V can def call with worse K or Jx (JT,JQ) even AT,AQ so there are def worse hands v calls with ott. We block KJ,QT,AK so should feel a little safer about our hand. If we get x/r we proly have to muck

3! or fold pre against described V, 1/3 pot flop, bomb turn

AP b/f turn 8K, cb river

AP fold river, I think if V is light/drawing he's bombing turn rather than checking looking to c/r, but anything is possible
