I do not know why you would worry about playing GTO against a donk who is limp/calling with 60% of hands.
This flop is not bad for your range. The limp/caller has a big nut advantage of 864, as he can have way more straights, sets, and 2-pairs, but that is not that important fairly shallow. You have lots of over pairs and AT-AK is often ahead on this board.
Whether you bet/call or crai all-in is not a big deal with this villain. I think a crai might good for a donk who will take a stab and then fold to a shove getting insane odds.
I prefer to bet/call more against this player because if it goes check/check on the flop, what is your plan for a brick turn? Now you kind of put yourself in a tougher spot. You are going to bet to commit yourself.
