It was live session, buy-in 50+10 euros, re-buy on first 3 levels, one add-on before level#4, 6th places paid and the first prize was above 3000 euros.

19 players left, 9 of them on my table, I had ~20BB stack, blinds were 300/600 and ante was 100.
I was on HJ and everyone folded to me and I looked at QJo and raised first in 1400(2.33BB), BTN called, blinds folded.
Flop(7.66BB) Qd6s7s.
I bet half of the pot and BTN called
Turn(15.32BB) : Jc
What would you do in this scenario? The pot is already larger than my stack and there is no way I fold my two pairs. One option is to immediately push(which I have done), but what about other options?

BTN had ~30BB and I had no information on him.

I think it's a pretty straightforward jam, no other option here. Would suck to let him peel with a draw and then probably call it off on the river.

He might call with all kinds of made hands (mostly queens tho), especially as there is a flush draw on the board. Or he might have a hand like A5 and decide to go with it.

QJo is meh as an open from the HJ at 20BB.

As played I think we shove turn. In lower-stakes games villains will be inclined to call off incorrectly with draws plus Qx (which they should call off with).

The only problem is in this particular situation V had 77. This is why I doubt if shove was the best decision...66 and 77 are in his calling range both of the preflop and the flop...

I dont think we're ever doing anything but shoving here, sometimes you run into the top of your opponents range.

Yeah, villain is sometimes going to have 3 combos of 66 and combos of 77, but they also will have spade draws and some Qx of their own that they're going to go with. If you thought villain might hero fold something like QT or has zero chance of calling off with any flush draws, that's a different story.
