Live tourney, mid day 1b. 9 handed
Around 150 left of 300 this flight, no way near money.
Avg is 48k.
Hero: button with 30-32k
Villian: hijack, normal player does not get out of line. Has 80k

600-1200 with 1200 button ante

Folds to villain who raises to 2500
Hero has 10K and calls both blinds fold
Flop: Q 82
Villian c-bets 3000
Hero calls
Turn: J
Villian bets 5k

So pot is 19k and I have around 25k behind.

Hero?
Jam turn?
Call turn and fold river if missed?
Other line?

Thanks.

I would call turn and shove any river if checked to me / call river on 9s Ks and As and fold river otherwise.

I'm feeling like folding flop.

A double barrel feels strong on this texture.

Yeah, folding flop too. This is just bleeding chips trying to pick up backdoor draws with K-high. You should also be extra cautious to preserve chips due to your stack size.

As played, calling turn and jamming checked rivers sounds good. You block the nut straight and your line is fine. No flush draws on the flop so you can still hold some TP and 2p hands that might fold V out.

If he bets a brick river then just fold. You won't have enough chips to get him to fold at that point.

I’m 50/50 folding pre-flop. If I’ve called, I’m 50% folding and 50% re-raising, depending on my feel of the hand/opponent.
