UTG+2 playing like an absolute maniac. Constantly going all in pre or on every flop.
CO playing straight forward 19/15 over 47 hands. Think this is first time he has 3bet this tourney
It was near enough guaranteed UTG+2 was going to go all in which I would've called if CO wasn't involved.
Seemed a lot to be calling off considering CO 3bet pre and jammed with me still to act
is this a call due to maniac or fold due to CO'S Actions
would it be better to 4bet pre knowing UTG would go all in so id know better where I stood with CO?

3 bet / call pre, gross spot with AK this deep but with dynamic of maniac involved and CO surely aware of this and trying to iso prob just have to go with it.
Is getting AI for 85bb against a guy you just described as "not out of line" and "hasn't 3b" with AKo a good outcome? Calling AI here is going to be a substantial -EV play if we range CO as TT+/AK
With such a large raise pre, this is a spot where CO clearly has a real hand and wants to stack-a-donk. Once he calls, TT is the best you can hope for.
You could 3b pre to 12bb hoping to squeeze him out vs. UTG, but if CO goes AI after a 3b, i'm not calling him. I think your line was perfectly reasonable, just an unfortunate spot.
CO raise is probably fairly standard limper punishment, so I don't read much into it. I think gregz41 is spot on about 8k 3-bet as the sizing. Think flatting AK in 4-way pot is questionable at best, although against a single EP open mixing in AK as a flat *very* occasionally isn't that bad.
As played, once UTG+2 and CO re-jams we're pretty much committed to getting our stack in with our hand, especially if we think the UTG+2 is way out of line.
I like your lay down! Its a gross spot and it sux but given the cutoffs actions and table image and it multiway where your outs could be less its a very good disciplined fold.
