Its the final 2 tables, im in a very good spot 3rd ish and 13 left in the tournament with 500 Runners. I decided to reraise all in with two pair thinking if he has a flushdraw i want to get the money in imediately. Also that is quite likely since i block better two pair and sets. Tell me your thoughts, did i **** up or just get coolered? It was 45bb Deep after all...

looks pretty standard to me

Definitely just a cooler. SB flatted the BTN raise with the bb behind to act so you're generally taking AA out of his range. 88 is possible and you block 33. Not many combos that beat you on the flop. Hand couldn't have gone any other way and unless a diamond on the turn killed the action you were getting it all in either way.

How could this ever be a punt

This is an interesting spot. Sort of close between flatting the raise and jamming, really depends on if we think villain is going to correctly call with their flush draws and what their non-flush draw bluff frequency is. You can't really go wrong with the jam here, though, and almost impossible to imagine a scenario where we fold.

Looks straight forward to me. Another hand where we run into the top of opponent's range. Nothing you can do. He can easily show up with many different flush draws here. I've seen plenty of people flat AQ/AJ in this situation as well. If you start folding flopped two pair (on the flop) in < 40bb situations you're going to get expoited.

if you struggling with icm, you could also go for the nit mode and flat button + check call down but this is way too exploitable to me.
