I am calling the flop here... I have mid pair and backdoor clubs. Is this standard or should I be folding. My thoughts are with a smaller bet size its a standard call but this bet size is a bit bigger. Let me know your thoughts.

I would fold pre. UTG has has the short stack and raises from EP that indicates a strong hand.

But you call K5o 4 ways and then donk shove the flop with bottom pair?

I do think it's a loose defense considering position. Post is played well imo

Defending Q7o on 23bb can be a bit dicey.
V rfi utg indicates a middle (at least) to strong holding (dont know what % of hands he s raising utg: you should assume his preflp utg possible opening range).
Therefore, the safest play regarding hero and V stack sizes would be to tighten up and fold pre.
As played, looks pretty standard to me.
Although he s betting almost 20% of his remaining stack otf, imho once you called (wrongly or not) pre, you ve to call at least once as there s no logic behind calling pre and folding mp+bdfd otf
