Strange line taken in a multi way 3-bet pot. Thoughts?

Tournament : $120 Buy-In Online Tourney
Tournament Structure : Blind levels of 10 minutes ( Relative stack sizes change significantly every 10 minutes, hence not a structure favoring deep stack play )
Villain 1 ( UTG, 50 BBs )
Hero ( MP1, 75 BBs
Villian 2 (BB, 30 BBs)
Action Details :
Villain 2 has been a splashy aggressive player who especially likes to squeeze from the blinds to multiple open-limps or late position raises. Villain 2 has squeezed from both the BB and SB around 5-6 times in the past hour with weird 3-bet sizes.
For example, Villain 2 decided to raise to 16 BB when he had two open-limps in front of him and the SB just called. Similarly Villain 2 has made weird 3-bet sizes of 5-6 times the initial raise, whereas , the standard raise should had been 2.7-3.5 time the initial raise out of position.
The last time Villain 2's squeeze from the big blind went to showdown, he ran a triple barrel bluff holding Jd-4d on a calling station who had limped from early position with 10's. The flop was A-K-X rainbow and the turn didn't bring any diamond draw too. Villain 2 blasted off his 70-80 BB stack in the above hand to the calling station's similar stack size and busted the tournament only to re-enter again.
After re-entry, Villain 2 spewed off half his stack in another squeeze attempt from the SB.
We don't have much information about Villain 1 as he took our table just 2 orbits ago.
Hand of discussion :
Villain 1 opens to 3BB UTG. Hero finds JJ at MP1 and decides to flat call 3BB.
No surprise from Villain 2 when he decides to re-raise to 7 BBs from the BB. Villain 1 cold calls the 3-bet from UTG.
1) What does Villain 1's range look like here?
2) What line of action should hero take here?

If V1 is aware of v2 image then his range shouldn't be as strong than you would normally think to cold flat 3bs.
I dont mind jamming here, if v1 has QQ-AA then I think we getting stacked on low flops anyway
