I agree, but also think that it is much more likely that Ax where x<T jams on us when we open button, than when we open MP.

For sure. There might be some AW suited jams out there, but generally we are in bad shape when we need to call an all in.

Stacks acting next are very important here. If CO/BTN/BB are very competent players with bigger than avg stacks then I don't like minraising and I'm jamming all day,especially if I feel that I have skill disadvantage.
