Blinds are 200/300 with a 300 in antes. I have 27k, villain has 24k in the big blind.

I raise 900 from button with 108 he flats.
Flop is QK7 .
I bet 1500, he calls.
Turn is 10 .
I bet 4000, he raises to 9 thousand, leaving about 12 behind. I call??
River is 5 .

Villain bets 8 thousand??

What do you do in this spot?

I am specifically asking for advice on the turn and river, what do you think is the best way to play this hand?

Age and brief description of villain would help but Against a complete unknown I'm never folding. Also if it's a large field re-entry tournament I doubt I find a fold.

In a freeze out - with a some info maybe we can fold?

Turn is std imo.

Also opening and betting a little smaller everywhere than hero

I think his range includes enough hands that you beat for a call to be warranted. I can see him doing this with Js9x, or with Asxx, as well as a better flush. It'd be weird for him to make a move with two pair or a set, but that's a faint possibility too.

I'm guessing there's a 40% to 50% chance your hand is good.

Call and expect to see AsXx pretty much every time. Tempted to CIB turn.

200/300 w 300 antes what?

Villain took some idiotic line, he prolly has it and you can fold turn w/ no redraw and make a mental note.

Tough spot mate but you gotta roll with it. You're at the top of your range and a lot of good players could make this move with AsXx.

If the guy was over 50 I could definitely find a fold on turn.

IMHO you need to decide on the turn. Your hand is made with no upside left. If you call turn you pretty much have to call river with these stacks on a blank river card. Calling turn to fold on a board pairing or spade river isn't +eV if you are also folding every other river card.

Wtf who is saying fold? Even if villain is literally never bluffing we still beat a bunch of lower flushes, AsJx, etc. I'd think about valueraising and then decide meh, probably winning around 50% of the time and just call.

I can't find a fold anywhere here. I agree that if you had some info that the villain is an old nit there is a small chance we can find a fold.
