same, no reason to wait on your main scare card to come before shoving
MP isn't very deep, you could get a pf fold and add to stack

Fold preflop, every time.

This action is always followed by an ace coming on the flop, especially at this point in the tournament. Obvious trap play from experienced MP who has seen this kind of flop thousands of times before.

Seems like you were gonna shove no matter what the flop brought, so SS you should've pushed preflop.

Shoving pre-flop is standard with <20 Blinds and I would probably do it with <25 blinds. Here you probably get villain to fold. But even if he calls you are 70% against his hand and you are probably about 55% to 60% against his calling range.

But if you make the play to just call pre-flop then just fold when the A comes and villain bets. Similarly if both KQ comes on the flop. As played you have very little fold equity on the flop when you c/r all in. Villain is only folding complete air and maybe a small PP not 22 or 55.
