In search for a new motivated study-partner

Im looking for someone motivated to do strategy-work, hand reviews and study with.
I´ve had multiple groups and friends in periods and I know it is really the key to rapid development, and makes things way more fun as well.
I use Piosolver Edge, and pretty much any other revlevant tool of course as well. I dont require you to have them, Im willing to share as long as you are motivated overall.
I´ve played high and mid stakes for about 5 years and worked with some of the best coaches around while moving up. Right now I just need a motivated study partner. I dont care if you are just starting out or been around for a decade. 🙂

Can u pls elaborate and/or give some examples of what constitutes a "motivated" individual.
For instance, would being motivated to make $$$ be > being motivated to acquire knowledge? Or will you just be judging on the degree of (one's) motivation (across a wide range of poker-related goals and/or objectives?)
Lastly, if it comes down to me and another person, do you have a method of quantifying motivation? I could much more easily accept losing if I knew that it wasnt attributed to personality traits, character flaws, etc.
Btw...I only have Pio "Pro" (so above inquiries may a moot point.)
