Preflop JJ : Probably boring and standard

Only have 50 or so hands with villain but he seems like a standard reg. Effective stacks are 40bb with villain having us covered slightly.
Folds to villain in the HJ who minraises, Hero 3bet to 6bb on the button and folds back to villain who shoves
Is this a standard call (I'm assuming it is)? What should our calling range look like here given a reasonable 3bet range?
