deredss I really think you'd be excused to arbitraly moved such threads over there (if it's not too much work for you), there are quite a few like these recently. This is one of better examples for this.

Not really a line check, but didn't want to start a thread for this. I am on a pretty sick downer at the moment. I have been reviewing and studying my game and I am not finding any major leaks that can explain it. I have beat HSMTTs for years and consider myself to be a good, smart player.

I am wondering what credence one should pay to AIEV (in PT4). I am ~2k BB below EV my past 100k hands or so and am wondering if that has any meaning whatsoever in explaining my swing. I obviously understand that it doesn't factor in varying buy ins and ICM, and that early levels play deeper. I have filtered for various levels and am considerably below EV for every conceivable "stage" of play, but I am not sure if it has any meaning at all. Still working hard, trying to plug leaks, because that is all I can do. Just trying to figure out if I could actually be playing losing poker or if this is really just a doomswitch scenario.

it does have some impact on your swing but 100k sample is way too small to say anything. can't really tell you anything other than usual:

1) mtts are a bitch to grind
2) you have to man up and suck the variance up
3) 100k is really a very, very low sample.
4) just make sure you play your best at all times, results will come themselves, be prepared for hundreds or even thousands (depending on your AFS) tournaments of bad/break even run

10r, opener is a norwegian reg, usually I'd shove here but I'm not so sure, it probably is a shove although I folded ingame.

Can I case be made for just folding had he made it 400?

its not a bad fold imo but it does look like a shove, 400/500 doesnt matter unless reads to go w/ it

looks like an easy call at first glance, no one will be able to determine ranges better than you since you were on the table

    Limper -- 35/7 in 80 hands. Fishy.
Iso-er -- 11/9 in 180 hands. Unknown HS reg [you can change SNs there]
    Cold-caller -- 37/18/14 - 3bet in 70 hands. Fishy clicker. Had yet to 4bet.

I was somewhat active, iso-ed limpers several times. 18/18 in 30 hands.
2 orbits ago I iso-ed cold-caller and won a good pot after he ran some stupid multi-street bluff.

    Note we`re pre ante. Wug?
