Max ROI? And Sunday vs weekday ROI?

I'm sure this question has been asked a bunch bit here it is again:
Overall ROI: For a player who's a truly elite crusher what sort of ROI are they achieving at mid+ stakes? 30% seems to be a good guess. Are there significant players making an ROI greater than 30-35%. To the best of your knowledge what's the highest ROI thats been achieved over a really long sample?
Sunday vs Weekday: I think a good rule of thumb is we should expect a much higher ROI on Sundays, probably twice as high. Is there any empirical evidence about how much higher a crusher's ROI is on Sun compared to weekday?
