Early-ish in a live $400 6-max. I've built a big stack early...playing aggressive but also hitting. Average is 25k, I have 100ish, V has 35k.

Relevant info: V is a PLO player mainly (I don't play PLO) so I don't really know him. He seems spewy and incompetent (on the surface) BUT he did just win the $550 event for $30k the day before...so honestly I don't really know what to think of this guy. He's probably 30, has a mullet, moustache, shades and (although he isn't wearing it today) was wearing a cowboy hat when he won the event the day before. Also, he late registered and doubled up one of his first hands by piling a flush draw, getting called by an overpair and getting there.

OTTH:

Blinds 300/600/600

Hero is UTG with 1010 raise to 1,500. Villain defends BB.

Flop (3,900) J42
Villain leads 5,000. Hero calls.

Turn (13,900) 9
Villain ships ~28,500
Hero??

Because of the contradictory information I have on villain (see above) I have a hard time figuring out what this line is. There are a lot of draws/combo draws that could maybe do this. He also could have sets here, trying to get called by my overpairs/AJ. He could also have slow-played overpairs pre...or he could just be spewing.

Honestly kinda lost here.

Probably just sigh/fold to the flop bet....confused by the massive sizing and continuing to have a giant stack.

You block combo draws with the Ts. I just fold turn though with no reads. Could just be spazzing with a bare jack , or doing this with Kj or aj for w.e reason which far outweighs the flush draws you are praying him to have

To add to this Villain can have overs with his flush draws that add to our lack of equity here. We can call and be marginally ahead or call and be very behind. I think the % of the time we call and our right, yet still lose to a draw getting there are significant enough to dump this hand.

it rly doesnt matter too much what villains range looks like and of course its a bit of a guessing game to range him based on that action anyway. the important thing is that you have so many better hands (Jx, overpairs, sets) that you can call off with that TT is an easy turnfold.

It's super tempting considering the fact the villain piled with a flush draw earlier and from the BB has all of the flush draws. Could entertain arguments for folding flop to huge sizing and the fact we have better hands in our range and little chance to improve on turn. But I'm also ok with calling flop and then folding to turn overbet - even if villain is spewing with something like QJ we're still beat.
