On the flop I think it's standard to just raise gii with middle pair here.

I do fold to a 4x 3! here pre in this level tournament against described V. We are way behind his likely range, and there's a lot of better As in his 3-bet range.

As played, I don't mind the flop shove into a 18 bb pot with 25 bbs remaining holding a 6 and back door flush draw. Good chance you can get him to muck the part of his range that missed (which should be a lot if it on that flop), and you have outs.
