level players at different buy-ins

Hello everyone,
I'm considering moving up in stakes and would like to have some advise of players experienced playing MTT +50 $ .
I've been winning MTT 15-55$ on line and would define players at the lower end (15-30$) as mostly loose passive with tons of fish.
Between 30-55$ the level increases obviously but still plenty of (too) loose players with the occasional fish.
Questions:
1. Are tables of e.g. 100 or 200$ much harder to beat than 50$, or is the difference rather small?
2. How would you compare players at these stakes with the lower stakes?
3. Is there a certain treshold where the level suddenly increases? From which buy-ins do pro's enter?
