In this one I think it not making much sence for the Villain to not put down the continution bet. If u are thinking abt it even smth like the QQ and JJ are OK with being betting and I am not sure what standard Villain will be having here.
My assmption would be he is mostly gonna be slowplay trapps like the KK and things like 88-QQ that maybe he is afraid of the King on table even though he should not be so much
I thinking it easy for the Villain to just make small bet with the Ace high and the junk that he may be having like the QJ and QT and JT but he want to be protect the 88 thru QQ stuff too much and maybe slowplay a lot.
Are you thinking this is resonable guess about what he is having? That he is mostly KK and 88-QQ when he xback and having less of the Ace-high and worse?
