Just wanted some opinions on this hand. I had 63K (31 BBs) for a stack and raised 2.2 the BB from MP. Player in the big blind 3 bets to 12K. Call or shove?

Relevant stats on villain: 26.9/22.4/16.1 over 67 hands.

Looks like a fold. Stats indicate that he's aware. And if he's aware he sees you opening into four reshove stacks which indicates you're likely to go with it (which you are versus them ) . Some will say call and play a pot ip but I don't think we have room. If we opened from the button or maybe the cutoff I would go with it.

i think we can call and lay ip. I mean you made it 4.5k and he basically min raised to 10k so we're getting the rights odds to call. If we were oop and shallower then I would consider a shove/fold

It's the 3b size that has me concerned here. His stats indicate he's not a fish, so he should know he has to 3b bigger to get a fold. That suggests he wants a call, which means this is a pure value 3b. Shoving is definitely bad but folding also seems weak. However, you're not deep enough to play postflop without committing your stack so you can't call and hope to get to showdown.

Deeper stacks I would call and play post but here I would fold.
