Had these 2 hands in a 2-day multi-flight tournament for 175 buy in and 100K guarantee. Effective stack in both is 80bb.

Hand 1) 200/400/400 BB ante, early level. 4 players limp to me. I have 86hh in BB and I check.
Flop comes J92hxx. Checked around.
Turn is a 2h. Player in MP bets pot. Folded to hero. Hero?

Hand 2) Same level, there is a 1500 open from EP. 6 players called including hero in Button with JTcc.
Flop was A72ccx. Checked around. I didn’t be since blinds had to act before PFR and I wanted to take a free card without facing a raise.

Turn is another 7. BB goes all in for PSB. Hero?

In both hands I am not getting the right odds to call and even then IO in hand 1 aren’t that great given that it’s hard to get paid off when a flush hits. Are these straight forward folds?

Both are easy folds, yeah.
You could opt to bet Turn yourself in hand 1 as you block some better draws and can credibly rep trips, but reverse implied odds are just too big imo. And people don't like to fold in limped pots live.
