Any ICM implications, stats on V, position V opened from, stacks at the table? Need some more info here to give any reasonable feedback.

Yes I agree with Cito as more info is needed. But in general, if we get raised on this board I still 3 bet jam flop as he can have some 98 with a spade, 107 or Ace x with a spade type hands that may raise and even if he has a flush we still have outs to the boat. Also, it is unlikely to be dominated by a bigger boat as he has 30bb and may 3bet/jam pre with 77 or 1010.
