Is the final table and the players in the money an industry standard? In other words assume 60 players, 20 players, and 120 players is the math a percentage?

not totally sure i'm understanding your question, but no, you will find payout structures that are all over the map depending on lots of different variables. many are similar of course, but the only real constant is that 1st place pays the most money.
