Mid-July? I certainly hope not! WSOP will lose many potential participants for a number of reasons. Hotel rates have been going up since the football schedule was announced (check out any hotel rates for Oct 22-24...Bellagio is over $500/night for a standard room on 10/23!), folks need to request time off for vacation, flights are rapidly filling up as the pandemic winds down, etc.
I am hopeful the schedule is announced no later than mid-June.
