My swings are pretty big and I suppose it mostly comes from having bad results on higher stakes. I mostly play $0-33 + few 44s a week (on Sundays usually) and occasionally gamble in 55-109 if I win a satellite. My general bb/100 is around 10 this year after 300+k hands but when I filter out tourneys with buyin of $12+ then my evbb/100 is only ~2 with 3.something real bb/100 after 70k hands.

Generally I'm feeling like I'm running poorly across all stakes because I make deep runs very rarely (especially for past month) and when I do they usually get wasted.
But don't get me wrong, I'm aware that I have a good amount of leaks and can't blame the bad run for all of this. I wanna get better but it's hard in mtts to define if bad scores are coming from bad luck or bad play.

So I'd like to ask, what bb/100 is considered decent on midstakes ($22-55)?
