Have to wright this hand down, hopefully evrything will be understandble


Hero open raise with JhQh from utg at 80/160 to 400, MP1 a reg calls, bb reg call's aswell . Evrybody is arround startack, 10k.

Flop come's QJ9r, Hero cbet's arround 1k, MP1 calls, BB Jams. At first it look's we got top 2 and cant fold here.

The hand's we are beating are J9o Q9o, those are 12 combo's. And we are splitting against JQ those are 4 combo's. So there are 16combo's we are not losing too.

Hand's we are beat by, T8,KT,99. those are 35 combo's.

So should this be a fold ?

No its fine , he might jam aq and all overpairs kk aa and you still have equity against his value jams

is it 9 max? if so then its a really easy fold utg unless you have exceptional reads to justify otherwise.

The problem with the flop is KT,T8 is not blocked by us or the board and 99 is possible we block all the hands we do well against like AQ,KQ and worse 2p. He can show up with lower 2p and TT somtimes, but generally speaking being this deep we are going to have to be at the near the top of our range to make committing our entire stack this early in the piece correct. I would just fold and move on.

hmm iam just thinking what is his shoving range, and why would he shove straight on a rainbow board, my thinking would be that whit his top hands he is more likely to just raise or slow play for max payout , cuz if it is a reg what hands does he wants us to fold, i dont know ... oponents play makes me no sence.. semms like a draw + pair,aq,(maby dumb ak),tt , some 99,aa ,kk

if V is a reg is that the only info we have? Agree fold pre here if it is 9 max. As played I think it's a fold on a 2 suited board as it looks like V is protecting vs more draws. A bit more trivial on rainbow board but I don't think we beat enough of his range here, if so he probably has pair+sd and enough outs we can let it go. I guess best case scenario is AA/KK. Still probably a fold, but trivial enough not sure why he just jams T8/KT here.

yes it was 9max 10k stacks. I dont expect BB to float AA/KK so deep, really unlikely so deep.

@Ship_dat yea he is reg, only info no specific read's or history.

I think putting it in here with like 70bb with QT here would be really spewy. Dont think many peopel would do that. So seem's like a hard fold.

i just watched rounders again and A9 is a fold apparently, so is QJ here
