If he's competent he's opened knowing full well that there are rejam stacks btn through bb and his adjusted his range accordingly. Of those stacks, yours is the most palatable to call.

If I really thought villain's opening range included A8+, 98+, 9J+ and 33 I would jam. He would probably be folding half of his Ax opens, and at least half of his other opens except for PP's.

I just don't think people open that wide here. But I don't play online...

villain has 10BB had he's opening UTG for 2+ BB. My expectation is that he's jamming anything marginal like 22 - JJ and suited broadway cards, folding anything less, and min-raising only premium hands where he is hoping to get a raise/jam in front of him. You may have a read on villain based on his earlier play, but usually an UTG min-raise from a short stack is a big warning flag. I'd call 44 and set mine sometimes in this spot, but never shoving b/c you have almost no fold equity vs. villain.

Villain has 31bb. Set mining our own 13bb stack is bad almost always

77 is a jam and I’m pretty torn about 66 . ....we can let this go

I truly hate these particular spots and almost always when I do make the jam it ends up going south, you cannot set mine, and given the villain stats he doesn't strike me as the type to open-fold to short stack shoves. Fold and wait for a better opportunity.

Sorry, mis-read hand history and thought it was UTG leading out. Early open from middle position with decent stack is harder to read so dependent on history at the table with this villain. Unless he has a history of loose opens and nitty folds to three-bets, best to find a better spot.
