Can we ever jam here to deny equity from overcard hands like Ax KQ, etc? Can we ever get small pairs to fold by jamming or is this too ambitious? Does this play better as a fold or jam? Never really considered calling.

No, because you wouldn't play Tx like that. And why would you want to turn your hand into a bluff? You have some showdown value. Call the cbet and re-evaluate OTT.

Also, if you jam, you are getting called by everything that beats you and villain will fold their bluffs.
