I remember reading once that the 4th man in for a raise was always Aces. Of course this was back in the old days when the only good books on tournaments were Harringtion and Cloutier/McEvoy, and people even took Helmuth's book seriously. And obviously it was long before today's wave of young turks playing the meta-game and six-betting with air. But the 4th man in thing has always stuck with me. Despite all the advances, poker remains a fairly simple game in some circumstances. MP opened, you raised, CO raised. A min raise by BTN is obviously not likely to fold you out, so either he wants you to flat and bloat the pot, or he wants you to raise so he can GII with his Aces. Either way I get alarm bells. I would probably flat and then regret it when I check-fold the flop. A better play is probably just fold now.
