Balancing ranges out of position? Balancing ranges out of position?

Hello,

I am trying to improve my post-flop out of position play style. But I am struggling to figure out how to balance ranges particularly when I am the pre-flop aggressor. I want to continuation bet with a lot of hands but I am worried that it might be too easy for opponents to float against me. Also, it seems difficult to have both a balanced/un-exploitable c-betting range and a balanced/un-exploitable checking range. Is this possible?

Any advice? I would really appreciate it.

Yes it is possible, but probably not compatible with your desire to c-bet with a lot of hands.

do some work away from the table to learn about flop textures and range v range equity
cbet more often for a smaller size

edit^ learn which boards favor your range and cbet aggressively on those boards

Try to read Matthew Janda's <Application of No-limit hold'em> part six and part seven, I believe it will help your postflop play. There are tons of math about balancing the betting range calling range and check raising range.
