early on, playing without a hud and no real reads other than player has been fairly active, ive been fairly quiet. nothing out of line from either

i satellited in, this is much higher than i would normally play

do we check back the flop given villain can have sets, straights, two pairs whereas we cant??

or is it too draw heavy and mandatory cbet? when we bet we can expect to get raised a fair amount and then what ...

made it pretty large pre given we're pretty deep

any thoughts appreciated

If I give your advice will you give us a turn card here? I think I bet for value here some of the time. I don't think checking back is a major mistake either.

I think calling OTF is okay as it's too exploitable to fold the top of our range, but easy fold OTT. The flop is right in the flatting pre range of villain. All jj,99,77 can be there as well as some j9s and all s got there.

We can fold flop vs some, we can never fold turn when we pick up the nfd though. Flop should be a bet most of the time with AA but if you have no idea how to react to villain then checking is ok too.

How is our range capped here? 99/JJ definitely in our 3bet range, so is alot of diamond suited hands. Really villain is the only one with a capped range not having KK/AK/AA and potentialy some small suited aces.

With the Ad it is ALOT more likely that villain doesnt have a flush in a 3bet pot. This is just generally a bad advice.

Sorry guys this app is a trainreck. Any way bet flop bet turn. V folds turn. If V calls we have to think about turning our hand into a bluff if we dont hit a diamond.

you're right we aren't capped, I thought we we're OOP for some reason and yes there is a removal of one diamond, but there would still be a lot of diamonds in villains flatting range

What would you flat a 3bet with oop that has teo diamonds in it? I have Ax of diamond, maybe JT+ of diamond.

So villain only has KQdd here. I think we are fine continuing for value on this runout.

This deep considering you said the player has been fairly active they might flat 89d and maybe even 54d and it's not necessarily diamonds that you be weary of here.

If he flats 54 here he either flats polarized or flat 100% of 3bets because 54 has to be his nut low lead EP. I would really discount those hands when he is OOP.

We have one of our strongest value hand with nfd, I won’t ever not bet there.

@OP

Don't let the stakes change how you play or enter your thinking too much. You can get away with a bit less BS but essentially it's the same game as when the stakes are 10 times lower.

right
we should b/f a lot vs really tight c/r range (2p+, NFD, combo-draws)

still a fold ott vs same tight range tho (even despite he jams for less than a pot)
