Yep I would not be b/f with this stacksize, esp with this sizing which is fine, you could even go larger to throw him a curve ball sometimes esp if you had reads and felt it was favourable. He can have worse Qs with or without diamonds, he could have the nut flush draw/redraws and other combo draws.

We want to be running polar ranges now esp when we around 20-25 bigs. We should be looking to bet the tips of our range and trying to get to cheap or moderate showdowns with the middle of our range.

Call 13bb to win a pot of 44bb. Only need to win 30% to break even. I see the bb majority doing this with worse Qs and flush draws making this a profitable call.

If we had a larger stack say 30bb I think you could think about it a lot more but then I can't see the bb making the same move. I Believe they are taking advantage of our short stack.
