109$ SCOOP PKO 54 left blinds 40k/80k/10k ante
Hero has 40BB with a $916 bounty
3 100BB+ stacks on the table. UTG(121BB) raises to 180k, Button (98BB calls)
I have AKs in the small blind with remaining 100BB + stack to act in BB.
Came into this exact situation twice and shoved both times. Everyone folded. Is this really bad play? I had the 3rd biggest bounty on the table but didnt fancy playing out of position against these two. UTG hadn't been opening too many hands either.

I think the shove is slightly more justifiable because of the caller. With his call you have close to 8bb in the pot and a 3b is going to need to be at least 10bb. In position I would not shove, but oop I can get behind it for that reason.
I would also not shove heads up or if there are any major ICM implications here.
