60 ppl live tournament, $70 buy-in, in one Middle Eastern country, everybody is pretty loose, almost no pros. First lvl of blinds, 4th hand in the tournament. Stacks ~180bb.

I get AKo UTG. Decided to limp and then reraise all-in if anyone raises (which is 100% the case in this kind of tournaments). So UTG+2 who just lost about a third of his stack does raise to 6bb, gets two calls from CO and BTN.
And then SB reraises ~30bb. BB folds and the action is on me.

I put the first raiser to AJ+ and the reraiser to JJ+ and pretty sure that no one gonna fold to my push. I am also sure that UTG+2 would push in any case.
With one ace certainly out from the deck (one of them has it), and a high probability of one of them having KK or AA, and the CO and BTN who could also be in the pot, I decide to fold.

Raise pre, limp shoving AK for 180BB doesn't make any sense.
AP, I could go either way, I'd call if I plan to rebuy, else I'll fold as I don't necessarily want to flip vs recreationnal players and we didn't invest much in the pot.

Limp reraise sounds like a valid idea as long as you dont limp shove 180bb pre vs a simple raise (that wouldnt make sense).
Imho and as said before, there is no need to flip vs rec as we ll have a solid edge post in many upcoming situations. Now, it is player dependant and it also depends on the structure of the tourney. If you can re enter, just sigh gii. If not, you only invested one blind. Are you really willing to shove it all - 180bb lol- pre w/ AKo?

ppl are generally very loose, and the prob I would have been called by AQ or even AT is very high (yeah, that's how ppl play here).

What is the general expectation of # of pros in a $70 tourney?

If you can't re-enter just fold. You have 1BB committed and vs. this player pool you'll be guaranteed to have better, lower-variance spots to accumulate chips.
