AI adjusted win rate targets

What is a realistic target win-rate for each position in MTTs?
Is it correct to assume that if average stack is more shallow, then a target win rate should be lower? I would think so, but I have heard of some pretty sick win rates in hyper turbos.
If it's not obvious, I'm speaking in terms of AI adjusted bb/100 hands
Also, I know that win-rates will be different for each buy-in, so we will assume average buy-in of 75-100$ maybe even 50-150$, whatever, just mid- high stakes
