live mtt. 8 handed. blinds are 200/400. we have around 17000 chips. we are in Big Blind.
folded around to button. button has open raised twice now and we are nearly 50 mins into the tourney. button raises to 1200. sb folds. we are in bb with A

we decide to call 800.

pot is 1800. flop is 2

hero first to act. Hero?

I am confused...if button raised to 1200 and you called, that should be at least T2600 in there (the two of you in the hand plus the SB that was folded). More if there had been any that limp-folded.

Since this it is unclear about level other than your comment about playing for 50 minutes, do you have any idea of what image you have at the table? You have told us that button open raised twice, but is this twice in a row prior to this or just that they have DONE it twice in the hour?

flop is a check for a few reasons. He isn't going to fold a better hand and you might get him to fold AK/AJ/AT type of hands. Also we want to pot control

Sunday morning. 8 a.m. Temp is 55/60. I have ~80 dollars in my wallet. We are in San Francisco.
