Yeah, I would call the turn.

The villain has some pretty standard stats. If I were in the villain's shoes, I probably would probably c-bet BDFD's with 2 overs on the flop then double barrel my clubs that just picked up a FD on the turn as my bluff ranges. By the turn, you are not doing great against a value range, which is probably made up of A7s, 88 - AA and sets. So you only beat A7s and 88 if he double barrels those.

River check is good because villains calling range has us in bad shape.

Seems like a very standard HH tbh.
