100$ tourney, hand for hand already. 36 Players ITM for 160$ to 6,5k
Blinds 5k/10k Ante 1,2k
BTN pushes for 120k, SB all in too for 350k, Hero BB with 300k and 99

Easy fold or call?

We can easily fold ourselve ITM with 30bb, so no need to risk anything right?
If we call, we only bubble when we lose sidepot and mainpot wins the BTN...

If we win the hand we have a good chance to run deep in this tourney, so what shall we do???

Any info on SB? If this is OMC then he has J-J like every single time I look him up. If he is a young, thinking player then this is a harder decision.

I think this is an easy peazy fold here. Live tournaments read less people are exceptionally tight on the bubble. You have two stacks all in neither of which need to make a move just yet.

Fold and find a better spot.

I think it's a close spot. I would probably call here. I think it depends on what the players are like.

For those of you who fold this, do you call TT? JJ?

I'm folding TT, and definitely calling QQ+, JJ is my swing hand.

I find that in these live tourneys at this $ level, that people are so freeking tight near the bubble, and even more so on it, that you have to really tighten up your calling range. Sure in this case you may get lucky and find 55 and 77, but really that is the exception

The way to exploit their tightness it is to be aggressive first in, or over-shoving shorties, not making marginal calling decisions.

Online easy call. Live depends on the people.

Not sure it's an easy call online, but I probably still make it as SB is way more likely to be isolating, but it'd be towards the bottom if not the actual bottom of my range. Lean towards fold live w/o reads.

Depends on sb ofc

-$ev most likely but I guess the idea is to leverage big stack we get after winning sd.
