Given the raise to 8000, with SB in for 2000, a nut flush draw, and its a $70 tourney, I would jam here preparing to rebuy. Maybe we are up against 2 sets. Or a set and 2 pair. More likely SB has a flush draw as well. We are probably about 40% to win which is good enough. I think we have 0% Fold Equity though.
Agree with what is said above. I’m fine with raising flop as we can continue barreling. I don’t like the 2k sizing though. Think the right sizing would be 1k-1600 and leaning toward 1200-1400. $70 tourny, I’m fine getting it in on this flop here and just rebuying. I can get behind just calling flop also. Prolly just don’t betting turns or rivers that improve our range though.
If this was an expensive tourny with a great structure I would be fine with folding flop some action here. We have like 12 outs which isn’t even 50% against a super nutty nutty range. I wouldn’t be looking to get ai here in a tourny with a great structure this early unless we have the nuts or very close.
