Turn I likely would have called because not only will he be 2nd barreling flush draws, but also AJ-AK cause he has 2 overs + a wheel draw.
I also might bet river big because you fold out Ts, JJ,QQ. I dunno though you'd have to do some math and find out if the times u get called by AK,AA. I think it would be good cause 2 pair and sets likely would 3barrel/fold.

Answer: I sure think so. You're story adds up OTR for this bet and V's check looks weak/wary of the river spade. Why else would V check this river after barreling flop and turn? Highly doubt he's worried about the K, but, more so, the S. In a vac, I'd make it 11BB confidently OTR and fold to a reraise.

What did V end up having? High card?

I think the hand is played fine. No need to turn hand into a bluff as 66 has significant showdown value after river check. A bet on the river is probably called by JJ, QQ and a ten.

Villain showed up with ATs, and i'm not sure he was about to c/c on that river with this hand, and this is why i think turning 66 into bluff has some merits.

I think betting is totally ok; u will make him fold better most of the time. I would bet more than half pot.

I think V is calling w/ all his value combos he decided to check otr,so you are probably getting called only by better hands and he will fold all worst... even tho we can represent a flush, I dont think V is folding a pairof T or K...
