What should you do in this spot vs a very agro player ho likes to make bets pre and shoves otf vs short middle stacks?

not sure if im willing to wait for premium hands because my m is under 10 and the player i am facing is a lag, and also i am in position. If i wait for premium hands i end like Bromcorn's Uncle for sure imo. With the reads on this player, ho likes to shove vs short medium stacks i think a call is good in average.

No need to win all the chips in satty
Vs hyper lag shoving is much better than calling
A9 doesn't flop well and you would have to deal w/ bunch of thin spots like this one in order to make calling anywhere near shoving ev wise.

how many cash? Unless like 8 ppl cash I would definitely call flop. Pre I'd rather reshove than call.
