line seems OK. we're not folding AA here and given you've posted it sounds like you've minimised the loss

a more standard line might be 350 otf.

be aware that a competent V might c/r to 800 with hands like 97s with bdfd that can improve and barrel large ott. if you're not comfortable playing your value range against such a line, then checking back flop and allowing V to barrel a couple of streets is fine.

there are exploit folds potentially against the nittiest of opponents, but you're up against a random here who can certainly put pressure on with worse, so cc call call is a perfectly valid line.

For sure, I considered just going for three streets, but I figured against a good reg it would be better to sacrifice a street of value for the opportunity for him to bluff or pick up some equity and pay me off. Thats a long winded way of yeah, he had a Ten.

I likely bet flop (less than 800) and check back turn to only go for 2 streets. Might have saved (or lost) a few less.
