its fine to fold vs TAG even despite his line looks weird.
I like your line postflop.

with the amount of reshove stacks behind and being no where near closing the action I think calling pre is proly guna perform the worst out of all our options.

As played folding for ICM reasons obv

Looks like QQ, a flush or air. I think all other sets would be betting the turn or at least the river. I also think flushes would be betting the river, but it's villain dependant in this spot and I think there are just too many combos that beat us and tendencies show that a c/r OTR is usually a super strong hand. I definitely think we can check back OTR now, but as played I'm folding.

check back river seems a mistake unless you have dynamics/reads

So then you're saying we have to call the jam, or are you bet/folding? If the plan is to bet/fold then the river bet seems a bit big.

In this hand I was actually MP1, and decided to turn my Ad8 hand into a bluff. Rest of the hand:

River: (20,736) Q (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets 14,400, Hero raises to 76,582 and is all-in, MP2 calls 43,501 and is all-in

Results: 136,538 pot
Final Board: A J 6 5 Q
Hero mucked A 8 and lost (-65,869 net)
MP2 showed 6 6 and won 136,538 (70,669 net)

What do you think of choosing this particular hand for c-r bluff on the river? I thought I could lay some serious ICM pressure to villain since there are so many small stacks on the table.

Don't like the betsizing or the rivercall with 66. I believe his rivercall is close to terrible but my ICM knowledge is limited. He would know you as chippy should be capable of making this kind of move but then bet-calling is still very ambitious I'd say.

And to the person that said don't flat pre : I do think we can fairly confidently call reshoves from most. Care to give us a range you believe they'd be reshoving, then I can run it. Curious to see what you come up with!
