I was on a time-bank looking to 4bet here as I felt my hand is too strong to fold and not good to call.

should be significantly deeper to 4bet light.

CC is viable in very loose dynamics but not at this stack depth once again.

Even a small 4 bet is 1/3 of your stack. Poor odds on a shove. Easy fold, imo.

    Let´s see HRC:

Since we are in a $10 tournament, and the stacks aren't deep, I think that the ranges of villains can't be very open. So giving UTG a 10,3% or, and mp 6,2% 3bet... this is what HRC recommends:

Clearly fold (AJs -1.03). Even, as bumpnrun says, AQs would be folded, as well as JJ.

if we are a bit more optimistic, and we thought that utg could open a 20%, and mp re-raise a 10% (very, very optimistic I think...), this would be the HRC recommendation:

    AJs is still fold (-0.14).

So, I have put it in HRC just to be sure of how fold it is, but from a first glance it is already appreciated that it is a clear fold here, unless we have very clear readings from villains...

Thanks for feedback. You can see the replay for results, hence why I contemplated the 4bet and my hunch was right in this spot only.

Maybe MP folds AK, even AQ, so your hypothetical 4bet preflop would not have been good either in this spot probably.

Worse still is call 3bet, because in the best of cases (utg just call the 3bet of mp) it forces you to play a 3-way pot, without initiative and with a 1.4 spr!! And if utg shoves after your call you will not even see the flop... I think is almost always fold, and the other option (maybe less than 5% of the time) is shove. Never call. I think I only call here sometimes with AA.

It was not uncommon to end up going all in with around 4% equity...
