and we have to factor that in to our decision. like jaxx said, we could still be getting value from hands we have beat

We were arguing about turn decision, jaxx was talking about flop.

Dont understand checking flop.

Villain has a decent number of combos that we beat that will call a bet otf - also he doesnt have sets or AK often - and he expects we lead out a **** of a lot.

If we c/c flop what was the plan ott assuming we brick ?

man this is definitely a tough spot. I def agree that 3b bigger pre is a start. then the pot is bigger on the flop and you could actually prob b/c the flop b/c the pot is bigger and you aren't that far behind two pair if he has it.

it's very unlikely that he has any set or straight here cause those hands would be in preflop, and with bigger 3b pre you can discount k9 or 89 depending on how fishy he is.

then again very tough spot. as played i would probably check and re-evaluate turn. if he fires at this turn your fkn DEAD!
