Haven't posted in years but started playing a bit again and was hoping for a line check here.
Online home game tournament with ~50 people, $220 buyin with a bunch of mostly rec players with some regs. Villain got moved to our table about 5-6 hands ago so no relevant reads, almost 100% sure he's not a reg though.
Villain is UTG and Hero has KhKs on Button. Blinds 30/60. Stacks 21K effective but he has more fwiw.
Pre-Flop
UTG raises to 250
Hero raises to 750
UTG calls 750
Pot: 1590
Flop: JT4hh
UTG bets 880
Hero calls 880
Pot:3350
Turn 9s
UTG bets 1650
Hero calls 1650
Pot: 6650
River Qh (possible flush on board)
UTG checks
Hero bets 2400
UTG (snap) shoves all-in for 17720
Hero folds.
All thoughts welcome, tyty!

Check river. As played, I fold.

weird spot. I count around 6 NFs he can have here, and obviously 8 AK. The problem is that it's very hard to find bluffs. He'd have to be turning some AhJx or AhQx into a bluff, but someone getting to the river the way he did probably isn't sophisticated enough to turn these hands into c/r bluffs on river. I think you can make an exploitative fold.

As played I like betting on the river. And it is a clear fold. Personally I would bet more like 4200.
I also don't mind a river check since if Villain doesn't have us beat there aren't a ton of hands he plays this way that will call our river bet (because it looks like we hit our hand pretty big).
When somebody bets more than 50% on the flop and then less than 50% on the turn I look at it as weak. I also think it is odd that V has donk bet the flop after you 3-bet. It looks like he is hoping you missed and V can easily have a draw. Now V was close to 50% both times so its not super obvious that he is weak, but I would consider jamming the turn.
