ICMIZER is a great tool for calculating these spots you should check it out.
If he's shoving top 25% of hands (ie all A's, pairs, and broadway) I think you can call with something like {33,A7o,A4s,KQo,KJs}.
A3s is very borderline, call if you think he's 3betting hands like 87s,J9s,T9o, and fold if you think he's flatting or folding these types of hands.

It's really tough to put a random on a 3BS range here cause I've seen randoms flat A7o here and 3BS K5s. Super marginal spot, but here's an axiom to keep in mind:
"When in doubt to shove or fold...SHOVE! When in doubt to call a shove or fold...FOLD!"

Probably a fold getting 1.6-1. Some randoms may be tight here. He can defend from the BB. He probably doesn't think he has much FE.

OPR, reg = call, random = fold.

Easy fold against random. Close against reg. Depends on opponent and how much he thinks you are opening on the button.

Can confirm his comments about ICMizer, its an amazing tool and cheap. Yeah I think this is a fold unless he's 3bet shoving like >25% or 30% of the time, which almost no one will be in $22's.

Edit: I wanted to mention that when I see people snap jam I notice they show up with AK quite a bit there. I def think you can consider the timing tell and throw out AA and KK since he waits a bit to induce with those. The snap jammed is like a predetermined, I have to do this, type of a thing imo.
