No real reads on Villain. We are nearing the bubble of the Sunday Million. We are both pretty stacked being in top 20 in chips with around 1200 ppl left.
Should I call? What is standard?

Obviously if villain can only have AK and KK+ here it's a fold. Question to me is does villain ever 4-bet shove worse for ~50BB - even if they don't always shove TT-QQ or AQ (for example), there's probably a frequency that makes this a call even with bubble and ICM implications.

Unfortunately, I don't play the Sunday Million so I can't speak to what a standard frequency/range would be for unknown in this spot.

Considering the icm implication I don’t mind a fold. If he does it too often or if you have a read Then you can call.

I might also be too nitty.

if itm is such a big deal, you should flat and play postflop or (being a little sarcastic) just straight up fold preflop.
I mean, your 3bet is too small, you should go at least 3.5x in that spot.
Once he shoves on you. Even if it is for 50bb, the standard play is to call. He ll sometimes have you beat but 1010 JJ and Ak are strong parts of his range.
If you are not calling a 4bet shove for 50bb with QQ without a certain read, you are way too exploitable.
In that regard, if making it itm is such a big deal, just go for the preflop flat and readjust postflop. Being scared irrationaly isnt good for your game

Agree with this except I think the sizing is fine.

Kinda flukey that you have 3 of the top 20 stacks at your table when you have 130+ tables remaining.

It might be helpful to understand what kind of table image you have been presenting to the villain up to this point. How much 3 betting have you been doing? To the extent that you've been playing tight, his range for this play is narrower. If you've been playing really aggressive, I would be more enthusiastic about a call here.

flat pre and call off any uncontested shorty shoves, setmine post or play passive v OR HU

He might also choose lower sizing of 4b with AA and KK to keep you in hand, so he have AK(most often) AA KK but not all of them for reason above , JJ and TT when you are aggressive and have big squize/3b% so as played i think it's a standard call here, but low variance option with just flat here / call blinds shove or just play postflop IP with big stacks seems to be better

The Sunday Million is full of random donks just waiting to give you their chips.

Having some idea of your image and what the villain is like will help, in a vacuum this is a call. Even more so if you have 3 bet a few times already. To fold this you have to have some information on the villain that his range is much tighter.
